  • Raising consciousness about the youth employment crisis through research, publications, and policy recommendations
  • Improving the results of workforce development practitioners who play a vital role in preparing for the world of employment
  • Helping employers recognize and profit from the value of young workers
  • Increasing funding for more effective programs by tapping diverse public, private and corporate sources
